Can characters be moved with things like Teleport?
And on the stealthed Character what direction is forward or backward as i have had some tell me that once stealthed in backward would be towards the 3rd rank, of the opponents army.

If they haven't changed any about it, forward movement is allways the movement to the frontline of an army. And as the frontline of an army is allways the first rank, you need backward movement to move to any higher rank, even if it is in an opposing army.

You are right. That hasn't changed.

First, about direction:
"Front ranks from different formations are in front of each other. All characters face the front ranks of all other players’ formations, for determining the direction of forward and backward."
So, yes, going higher into the opposing ranks requires your stealthed character to go backwards.

Second, about moving opposing characters:
"It is possible to move a character into another player’s formation. The only way to do this is with an action that specifically moves the character into the other formation (ex. Stealth); maneuvering and other typical movement actions cannot be used to do so. ... You may move characters you control from the front rank of another formation into your front rank with normal forward movement."
So, no, you cannot use Teleport or Ring of Vorn or whatever to push a stealthed character out of your formation.
You can move your own characters around using them (bring them 'home', move them further in, etc), and you can move opposing characters into different ranks within your formation, but it takes a special action to move Anyone into another formation.

So even with 4E now allowing stealthed in characters to use normal movement to go back to their own army, for their opponent they remain almost untouchable, which seems so illogical, if they can get in there should be a way they can be put out.
If it can't be done with any cards that exist now maybe some card that can do should be made.

Well, since you can only make Stealth Checks to cancel Strikes, not Actions, and only so often as your level is - I don't think the stealthed chars are "untouchable".

And you can still have a bad roll =)

This is the way Steath had been for all of EE. It didn't dominate then and it will not in the future.
